Hello!
I just downloaded MFP (as the suggestion of my doctor) to help lose some weight and work on getting healthier and being more conscious of what I'm eating and why.
I love cooking, so I'm really hoping to use my love of cooking to get excited about these changes and learn what I can.
Any tips and recipes would be amazing.
Looking forward to a new challenge.
