Good evening everyone! I did so well today with nutrition, until this evening they is when I indulged a little too much in ice cream unfortunately. Trying not to beat myself up about it though, but was mindful of the experience after so hopefully can ride out the sugar cravings better tomorrow Weight = 137.2lbs

Scales not in my favour today. Up to 138lbs. Has been up since my long run weekend two weeks ago. I have been eating quite well, except a couple of meals out this past week were a bit bad.

So, I didn’t weigh in this week. I did this crazy run over the weekend where I ran 6.5km every 4 hours for 48 hours. I ran a lot, but I also ate a lot, plus my stress hormones would have shot through the roof. I decided to take it easy on myself this week. Tracking again today.

Hi everyone, Tracking has been going really well. Food, for the most part has been going well too. Had a couple slices of cheesecake last weekend which probably didn’t help, although I was still within my calories. Weight is 137.1lbs, so not losing anything (scale seems to like this number), but holding steady.

Today’s weight = 137.7lbs. I think I was 137.6 last week, so not great. Kind of frustrating since I have been relatively good this week! Two days ago the scale said 137 even, I liked that better!

Good morning everyone! Weight didn’t go down much this week Wt = 137.7lbs (down 0.1😂). At least not up! Goals for this week: 1) Track all food all week 2) Stay under allotted calories at least 6 days this week. Someone please yell at me if I don’t do these two things 😆

Weight = 139.6lbs, which is also exactly what it was last week. Not so good. I did do a bit of comfort eating, not like over the holidays but still should have tried harder to avoid it. Focus on for next week.
