    I would have felt the same way about that one more step! Is that all from walking or do you run? That's a lot of steps!
    I try to get out to "run" at least a few times a week. Technically, I'm probably too slow to be considered a runner, but I keep trying and getting a little better at it 🙂. Odds are really, really good that I will never be 'fast' 😉.

    Scales not in my favour today. Up to 138lbs. Has been up since my long run weekend two weeks ago. I have been eating quite well, except a couple of meals out this past week were a bit bad.

    They seem comfy but since I have blisters from the hiking boots my little toes hurt and the foot that has a screw in it hurts but it has been hurting a lot lately

    Check-in for Tuesday, 3/16

    Check in daily:
    Water (90oz):
    Steps (9K):
    Macros (P-105/ C-115/ F-40):✅✅✅
    Exercise 30 min brisk walking 5x /wk: ✅✅❔❔❔

    Another solid day. Scale is a little up today but still in the 172s. Excited to get below 172 as that will be 35lbs lost. Today was a rough work day and I feeling a bit stressed. Hope that doesn’t impact the scale. I need to focus on keeping those macros dialed in.

    I know it’s frustrating. Remember all of the positive changes, the scale will be in your favor again. You got this!

    Do epson salt foot soaks help? I’m surprised your orthopedic surgeon didn’t prescribe orthotics and physical therapy. You shouldn’t have to suffer through that pain.
    Yet, you’re still racking up enormous steps. Amazing!

    I can always tell that you love teaching and that you care about your students:) My kids have had some really good teachers who really like what they do and who care about the kids, but you would probably be horrified at some of the bad ones:)

    I do use a water bath for feet it helps for tired sore feet but not a foot with a screw in it ....I haven't seen him in awhile...so we shall see when I do see him

    Yep, I definitely am a firm believer of driving is privilege, not a right. Especially if you drive a large vehicle like I do. Large vehicles come with large responsibilities. If this helps, my husband affectionately calls me safety boss.😁😁.

    @lelbarou
    I hope the Fodmap way of eating makes a difference for you. I like that you are changing things up and always looking for ways to be even more successful. :)

    We love salmon and go through phases where we eat a lot. The way you made yours sounds absolutely heavenly. It is so good for you too. :)

    I am glad you guys are all the the mend. Keep hydrating and hopefully your energy will be back in the next few days.

    @Megan_smartiepants1970
    Maybe you need to take a few days off walking to give your feet a rest.

    @azkunk
    Two days of all green! It is funny how stress affects weight loss. I hope today is a lot calmer.

    @kdlgiannoulis
    Don’t get discouraged. Get back to plan and you will see a downward trend again. Eating out has so much sodium that it can mask our weight loss.

    @TheresaM787
    Nice biking! I added 1 minute to my biking yesterday and will again today.

    @lelbarou
    Great steps! I am glad your stomach is feeling better. You can never be too careful when it comes to covid. It’s not very pleasant to have.
