What I have heard from other users is that the premium feature isn't actually worth it though. But obviously there are a lot of people who do find it useful.

Use kitchen scales to be accurate and weigh it out in grams, or whichever measurements you usually use.. A lot of the food items on MFP are generated by other people's inputs so I recommend scanning the barcodes on everything you purchase

Hiii !! Try an overnight oats recipe for breakfast, salads for lunch and a reasonable sized dinner.. I find scanning, weighing and pre preparing my meals the day before also helps!

Hi I just rejoined MFP last week.. I also have a problem with alcohol, have done for the past 11 years.. And I think that alcohol contributes massively to weight gain and bad eating habits.. Big struggle, but I am finding that this app and the people on here do really help !!
