Newbie

Hi, I am a mom of 3, a type 2 diabetic.. I was told recently I need to lose at 50 lbs for my health. I would like to loose at least 75, but I'm goin to focus on a smaller amount and to get healthy and teach my kids healthy habits. I'm nervous and scared so any help would be appreciated and welcomed 🙂. I'm pretty lost in all this.

    Mom of 2 here - just started exploring the community yesterday. I’d like to ultimately lose 50 lbs (my wedding weight), but I would be happy if I could lose 20 by the end of the summer.

    What’s your plan? (If you share yours, I’ll share mine!).

    Hi !! Mum of 1 here based in UK. My goal is to lose a total of 66lbs to start off with. And since 27th January I've lose 31lbs with the help of this app.
