Hello!

I am 28 days post-surgery from a broken leg, ankle, and foot. I've been non-weight bearing since January 17. Up until then, I worked out daily. Now, not so much. Also need ideas for food. I'm home alone most days for at least 8 hours so I am at the mercy of granola bars, girl scout cookies, and goldfish. HELP!!!!

    Hiii !! Try an overnight oats recipe for breakfast, salads for lunch and a reasonable sized dinner.. I find scanning, weighing and pre preparing my meals the day before also helps!

    Add healthy snacks inbetween like fruit, or a low calorie bar/snack
