Try the Sunrise App. It’s free! Very visual and motivating. 16-8 is my go-to to get back on track. Today was #365 since April 2020. I’ve had a blip, but I’m back at it. I need to track and fast. It works for me.

Apparently going back to work comes with stress eating. I’ll be done at the end of June. June 3 182.2 I’ve switched to an Apple Watch from a Fitbit. For the first week I wore both! Fitbit does a better job counting my stairs. Still learning to adjust. Onward!

April 1 - 184 April 8 - 185.4 ⬆️ April 15 - 178.6 ⬇️ April 22 - 181.2 ⬆️ Fluctuation. Life. Still making progress.

See my progress in the 25-in-25 thread. Down 5.6 lbs so far in April, and only 2 weeks in! IF, steps, mild exercise, and food tracking. Being mindful not to cheat myself of good health. Happy Easter! Limit the chocolates! 🐇

April 1 - 184 April 8 - 185.4 ⬆️ April 15 - 178.6 ⬇️ 🔥-5.4 Calories, macros, daily weigh in, jumping jacks, flights of stairs, walking steps, and intermittent fasting. It works for me.

Day 8 of 10,000+ steps. 18-6, and stayed within my kcal limits. Good willpower today. :)
-
April 1 - 184 April 8 - 185.4 ⬆️ I did walk 10,000+ steps all seven days, and I did track food (-1200kcal) for five days. Those two days were obviously not mindful. This is now in the past. A new week begins.

I wasn’t in the zone last time. I’m in it this time. April 1 - 184

17 hour fast. 40 minutes on Elliptical. Happy Friday. Off to a good start.

My fasting app, Sunrise, helps me remember when I start and stop. January is off to a good start. Fitbit tracks my 10,000 steps, which I am also doing, and food tracking goals are around 1200 kcal with carbs between 30-40%. This works for me.

Happy Saturday! My routine is back. Well, day 4 at least. Fasting, stepping, food tracking. It takes complete focus and commitment. Have a great day!

Still not seeing it. Thank you volunteer leaders. I weighed in, but nowhere to go with it.. MFP has been so frustrating. I miss the old platform. 😔 I'm still trying.

Did I miss it? I was with Thinner Winners last time - team 4. Sign up seems to be closed.

-10*C in the BC desert! (It was even colder before!) Shovelled snow for 2 hours. Fasted for 20 hours. Scale should start to move lower. No complaints. This is good for me.

I use an app for fasting as I can easily forget what time I finished eating. Today I extended my 16/8 to a 20/4. Woo hoo!
-
I typically do a 16/8 fast schedule (Sunrise App), with a calorie goal of 1200 (with a little wiggle room), a 30-40% carb goal, and a 10,000 steps Fitbit goal. I lost 65 pounds before, and easily, but I’ve relaxed this routine and gained back 20 lbs. I’m back on track to take it off again. (Dec. 2021) 🥑 I was convinced of…

Day three of IF (16-8) and calorie restriction (no cheats), and 10,000 steps. It’s working! I typically don’t do milk and cereal, and here is why: 61% carbs! I did manage to bring the carbs down with the rest of my meals. Yeah!
-
I am starting the 25 lbs in 25 weeks challenge. Maintenance is a real challenge. At least it’s only 25 and not 65 lbs. this time for me. My plan: 10,000 steps, 1200-1500 calories, 16-8 fasts, reduced carbs. It worked last time. Daily commitment, here I come.

I found my team! Thank you for using the same icon! I was Primeofmylife in that wonderful Spark community. o:) I am actually using Cronometer (not MFP) for tracking. It has a fasting element (in the paid version), but I still prefer the Sunrise app. ;) I used Spark tracking, 10,000 daily steps, and intermittent fasting…
