I need to lose but can't stick to an eating plan. I'm surrounded by junk food junkies at work and at home. For some reason I just can't stay out of it like I used to. Looking for support and some ideas to get my will power back.

Congratulations on the new baby. Do what you can whenever you can as far as exercise. I need to lose 10 lbs but just can't stick to an eating plan more than a few day. I've got the exercise down thanks to the step counter and using some weights but there is too much junk food in my eye sight all the time.

I've been doing great with exercise but just can't stick to an eating plan. My surrounded by junk food junkies at work and at home. I need to keep up my resistance to what they keep putting in front of me. It's always chips, cookies and chocolate. I need some good ideas to try to stay away from it all.

I went from 170 to below 140 years ago. My weight now goes between 125 and 135 now. I'm trying to keep my weight below 130 going forward. The good news is that I've been able to maintain a size 6 even though my weight doesn't stay below 130 all the time.

How many 5% Challenges have you done? I would have to guess 4. I did some on Sparkpeople and I think 2 here on MFP. What do you like to do for fun? Enjoy the great outdoors, hiking, camping, water activities. I also like to do crafts. What major city do you live in or near? State? Rochester, NY What are you health/fitness…

Great job on the walking and cardio. No cookies or chips today and I took a walk.

Find an activity you really love to be your go to exercise. Mine is Zumba. I don't need to leave the house and it is fun.
-
It is easy to feel that way in February. I find the exercise is the thing that helps with the blah feelings. I love the endorphins that get released when I use my muscles. I hope you get through the month and have a better March.

I weighed in at 128.6 last Saturday. Now I would like to get to 127 but will give myself a couple of weeks to get there.

My mini goal is to get to 128. I'm at 129.2 right now. Almost there!
