  • Wow !!!! That's a lot of weight, doing awesome! You are absolutely right about the stay honest to yourself and realize when you messed a day up. That way it is easier to pick up where you left the next day :)
  • 20 lbs lost nice job <3 and a plateau is usually on the scale, make sure to notice and celebrate the NSV's when in a plateau :) I've lost 18.8 lbs so far and want to lose another 65 lbs in total :) You got this !
  • There is something addicting about weightlifting! It feels very empowering imo
  • See I still wear the baggy clothes, as I know that I have lost weight but it feels like my fat is more jiggly then it was before, hence the being scared of buying new clothes. So I keep postponing the getting new clothes until I reach my goal of being under 200 lbs (it is not that I think I don't deserve it but more of a…
  • I've lost 18.8 lbs in 11 weeks (I started at 236.6 at 5'8") and feel so much better in all regards (less backaches when I wake up and less stiff joints in general), yet when I look in the mirror I still see myself as I was prior to my weight loss so far (My first goal is to be under 200 lbs)! • Wow what an amazing achievement! You should be very proud of yourself, being consistent working your buns off (literally)! I know you don't know me but I am damn proud of you sir!
  • Awesome <3 I am so glad your bloodwork and bloodpressure is improving !
  • Try adding more low calorie dense foods to your meals, for example adding more veggies to meals, fruits in salads etc when you have cravings what helps for me is eating a huge bowl of popcorn, airpopped with some butter spray and seasonings which is 200 calories and has a lot of fiber which makes your tummy feel more full.…
