I have been on MFP for 12-14 years. The newsfeed is the best feature. But, like a lot of people I have moved over to Lose It. And yes, it takes some getting used to. But I'm choosing to look at it like its a new beginning...a restart! Sorry to lose MFP but no newsfeed, and I'm gone.

There are so many issues now. I really think that they are tanking this good old app.

Well my patience is wearing thin!!! Starting today, I'm going to figure out how to fit in at least 30 min of concentrated exercise. But I'm up so early for work, and by the time I get home, my brain says "just sit on the couch and watch your stupid Jays"...time to shut that little voice up!!!

Hi all: Starting WT 227.8 Last wk and this wk are the same 174.2 Total lost:53.6 This plateau is dragging on beyond enough. Time to move on and move down!!!
-
Starting WT: 227.8 Current WT: 174.2 Last Week: 175.5 Variance: 1.3 down (finally) Now, the trick is to keep this downward trajectory!

Goal is set at 80lbs off. This would take me to 147-ish, but I feel that it will ultimately be either around 140 (this is just that, a goal, but the main focus is the 80lbs off because I set that when this started and I am NOT missing my target!!!)

Welcome back...we all restart at times!!!

I'll be first since I was neglectful last week. SW 227.8 Last WI 174 TW 175.5 This one I will attribute to Chinese Food (that my Hubs so thoughtfully preordered, but which put me into a sodium panic!!) and to Swiss Chalet (or as we call it, Sodium Chalet), with a friend that needed attention. So needless to say, HIGH…

SW: 227.8 Dec 2022 GW: 140 lbs LW: 174lbs TW: 174lbs Loss: Zippo!!! I am truly getting tired of this stagnant scale issue. Working on the increase of protein and trying to NOT focus on cals as much as macros! Let's see.

Starting 227.8 Last Week 173 This week 174 This truly the effects of ballpark food on Sat at the Jays game! This time I am not sweating it!

It really is true...it becomes a small task that makes a big difference. ( I tend to enter my lunch and brekky all at once, simply because I have to pack it and take it to work). Keep it going!

I am reassessing my eating plan. I think that I have become to complacent lastly. I am re-adjusting my meals, going to make a much more detailed grocery list and grab stuff on Sunday (do some meal prepping as well). If the weather holds, I'm committing to getting in a hike each weekend (again, weather and baseball schedule…

I took a picture of my nail colour to show a friend, she told me my wedding rings were way too loose (they are getting sized after the summer humidity!)

Starting WT: 227.8 LW: 173. TW 173. Seriously I am beyond over this plateau. I think I really need to shake things up somehow!!! Got any great ideas peeps? I'm back to getting some hiking in, and it's time to work out in the gardens, so you would think that the scale would appreciate that. I am determined to hit my goal of…

Well, this was a crap week: SW 227.8 LW: 171.2 TW: 173.2 Nothing to blame, since the sodium is long gone from the weekend. Just life I guess!

I'm with you about not really willing to give the meds full credit. I look back on how I used to eat as compared to currently, and it is miles apart. Now, I really think long and hard about eating what I consider less than great choices (like A&W yesterday). The meds help, but almost 60 lbs in 15mths is NOT a miracle drug…

Starting WT: 227.8 Last WK: 172.2 This WK: 171.2 Total Variance: 56.6 Difference this week: Down 1lb If it takes a week at a time to lose it and keep it gone, then bring it on (or off).

Starting:227.8 Last Week: 172.2 This Week: 172.2 Lost:ZIPPO lbs Feeling a little like Bill Murray over here...Groundhog day with my stats. Things fluctuate a tiny bit during the week but ultimately I can tired of this plateau!!!!!

@chris_in_cal , @tinkerbellang83 I can see the addiction/compulsion correlation. I was with WW many many years ago and I remember them saying to find your trigger foods, which we all have. Something that once you have a taste you can't stop eating or craving. Now these days we all know that certain foods trigger urges and…

Well look at that, first one this week after being last the previous week. Starting:227.8 Last Week: 172.2 This Week: 171.0 Lost:1.2 lbs Total Variance: 56.8 At some point that number better say 60, then 70 then 80!!! lol

Late to the party (but I have a reason) Starting weight: 227.8 Last Week: 172.00 This Week: 172.2 Total Variance: 55.6 down Seriously I just seek to be stalled at these numbers. I have to change this pattern. Someone pointed out that it doesn't seem like I'm eating enough, and they were correct. I just really have not been…

SW:227.8 This week: 170.1 Last week: 172 Down 1.9 Total variance: 57.7 I totally forgot to enter this on Monday. Then the week got away from me. Thanks for the nudge Chris!!!

Chris...never ever feel bad about getting something to help with your health. As an Ozempic taker, you know that I fought taking this for a few years, I wrote about my journey. People have too many opinions, and I suggest that the only person (other than you doctor) that you listen to is yourself. You have been battling as…

SW: 228 (Nov 2022) LW: 173 (up and down all week...totally in the bouncy house of weight) TW: 172 ( on the weekend I actually was at 171.6!!) Down a pound. But this week my shot is really playing havoc with things, no hunger sensations (yay!!) and feeling full quickly, but I am really not able to process anything greasy,…

I'll start it off: SW 228 CW 173 LW 173 So stayed the same, but in all honesty, it's probably a lot of water retention since I was out in Toronto on Sat and there was a stop at a Ramen House, so lots of sodium (and then drinking water to off set it wouldn't have been wise since we took the GoTrain into the city and well,…

Starting WT: 228 Current Wt: 173 Last Week: 172.7 Now, this is starting to tick me off. I am up and down the same .5lbs week after week after week. Officially a plateau, and on that I am tired of. Changing things up a little this week...different food choices and might change the timing of the Intermittent Fasting.…

Good Morning. Doing something positive for myself today....for whatever reason as I drove into work I started to feel "down", like that self pitying feeling, so I am posting bright an early to keep myself focused on achieving goals. SW: 228 (103.42 KG) CW: 173 (78.47 KG) Total Lost: 55lbs (24.95 KG) Added in the KG just to…

SW: 227.8 GW: 140 (ish) Last week: 175 This week: 173.2 Roller coaster of a week or 2. Started going to an Osteopath so I know that there was some inflammation for a few days as he got things properly aligned (and it feels so much better to be able to move again). But overall, Xmas, NYE and at the beginning of the month a…

GW...140 Starting weight...227.8 Last week (Dec 18)...176.6 Today....173.2 Total overall loss....54.6 This officially moves me from Obese to Overweight on that absolutely ridiculous BMI chart (seriously that chart is the most demoralizing tool....and I'm glad that weight loss doctor's don't use it anymore...or at least…
