Sorry to not answer your original question. But, have you seen your doctor about your bathroom habits? It kind of sounds like a little bit of Irritable bowl syndrome. If I have too much dairy or too much whole grains, I'm running to the bathroom as well

This! I found this has helped immensely! Coffee creamers, cheese, meats, choose the lower fat content for each of these and you will have a lot less calories over all! And not drinking my calories. I also found that I need at least 20g of protein at each meal in order for me not to over eat.

I use youtube for ideas, so many people post videos of meal prep for multiple meals. Try searching "low calorie meals" and usually in the video info part, there is a list of all the recipes (with links) so you don't have to "play..pause" and write it all down.
