    I'm new to this challenge but thought this sounded like a great motivator so I thought I would give it a try. I don't know what some of the acronyms are :neutral:

    Heaviest weight: 188 lbs December 2022
    Current Weight: 170 lbs
    Ultimate Goal weight: 145 lbs

    6/21 170 lbs. ~Took two of my young children for a walk today, burned a few calories. Came back and did my "just run" app, today was 20 minutes total of running with a 3 minute break between. Ran 5.5 mph for the first 10, 5 mph for the second. I was pushing hard! Resisted the desire to snack (the pirouline cookies were staring me down) Happy with myself!
    6/22 170 lbs ~ Felt defeated today. 😕 Woke right up when my alarm went off at 6:15 am, got my strength training done, felt great! Got my shower in, ate breakfast. Got the family ready to go (including the dog) and headed off to our store. Then I went and donated blood, this was my 6th donation. I was fine until the phlebotomist couldn't find my vein (this never happens) and I got really lightheaded and may have passed out. So, I couldn't donate, I was so upset with myself. Had to eat a bunch of snacks so needless to say, I didn't stay within my calories. 😕

    @SModa61 Yes, I believe your interpretation of beachbody is correct! True beaches are in short supply in Las Vegas. 😢😢😢

    @_JeffreyD_ One day, I went to pick my son up from my moms and she said they had fun fishing but she was on her way to get the hook removed from her head…..my son had hooked her. A few years later, my husband hooked our son in the head. Crazy.

    Yesterday completed all goals and dropped again! It will slow soon I'm sure. Feeling sore today from a peloton boot camp yesterday. Goal for today is a nice long walk.

    Had a cast party for my kids theater production and ate far too much so I'm happy with what the scale said. I went on a long walk, missed my vitamins and meds though, not sure how I managed that and definitely need to do a better job hydrating today

    Started with a morning run yesterday and stayed under my calories with no after dinner snacking. Woohoo!

    No idea what happened here! Feel pretty bloated this morning though. No workout yesterday. My ankle was bugging me. Slightly over my daily calorie intake but hopefully things rebound tomorrow in the right direction.

    I made some fat bombs last night so I can have a “splurge” now and then or satisfy that “I want something but don’t know what” evenings. “greenandketo” has lots of recipes. My total carbs were 8g and I was below my fat macro.

    Can you please share these recipes?
