I'm taking it easy , eating at maintenance or sometimes lower , i mean im so used to it now sometimes it happens just from habit , but this is less stressful , still logging food.

Little update , since i posted this , my chest seems to be shrinking , loose skin is minimal as well , i can run a lot easier without getting hit in the eye by a flapping man boob. Shrunk to the point where running is no longer a chore.

Heres the jeans comparison :D 44 to 34 inch.

Anywhere between 1700 to 2000 calories a day , could be as low as 1600 a day depending on the day and the mood , and some meals are just lower in calories. I think it was 48 inch waist down to 38 inch waist , could be 37 inches now due to these current jeans falling off to lol But im buying a new pair of jeans in a new size once a month.

Yeah its like 1 pound a week now 1.5 pounds a week.

I feel fantastic , tons of energy , playing basketball everyday , walking everyday , feel like a new man , my vision of myself is still bleak , but im getting there with great support from my friends on mfp.

Thanks for all the replies , and i thought i may as well tell you all , its 65 pounds off now :) Warms my heart to get these replies :D

Its going really well , weight is falling off every week , depression and anxiety have been reduced , confidence is soaring , used to the meal plan i have for myself now , no reason to ever stop eating like this. Its feels a near perfect catered plan i made for myself.
