Almost 40 days in ... But the heartbreaking truth is...

It took my daughter whos 6 , to fall down the stairs and for me to rush off my computer chair , buckle under my own weight and twist my ankle and not be there for her quick enough , i just sat on the floor , helpless , like a tub of lard! It was that day i decided my kids deserve better , and if i cant do something as simple as run to the bottom of the stairs to check on my child's welfare then im not fit to be a parent.

Since that day , i've lost 26 pounds!

We all get our wake up calls in different ways. You are a good parent.. thin or not. I'm happy for your success.
