My carbs In the morning , which is when I usually work out, consist mainly of 100% whole grain English muffin and protein were eggs. And I dont drink sports drink and other time except then.

This also happened to me until I figured it was my blood sugar. I ate protien and carbs before Working out and nothing until I brought a Gatorade with me while I worked out....I have sense had that feeling! Hope helps!!

I didn't actualy loose the 14 cause I gained 4 back...and this is going slow. I am just eating healthy and exercising...I have a lot of weight to lose so it will come of fast at first...

I need some motivation!!! I was sick last sunday and troughout the week...didn't eat healthy cause had no appetite and didn't make it to the gym once!!! Now it's my TOM, I know no excuses....but I'm up 4lbs!!! Getting sick of my current diet and need some new suggestions!

Don't buy a snug pair!! Buy one that fit you comfortably with maybe a little space. After you wash them a few times they shrink a tab...so don't buy them tight. I also have the komodos and love love them. I never workout without them anymore. Good luck!

i just started using ISO-100 by Dymatize. flavors berry and chocolate tatse awesome!!! 1 scoop with water is all you need, no milk
