Try looking into the dash diet. It has a lot of good ways to reduce sodium. It basically goes back to eating fruits and vegetables.

I think I may start by talking to your doctor about options and maybe seeing a nutritionist. Otherwise, to up calories I would try eating nuts of the non-tree varieties. I really like to put in about a tablespoon of nutella. I really have to watch how much I put in too because it is calorie dense, but the end product is very delicious and filling.

You may want to reassess your goal weight to see if it is realistic for you. If you are at a healthy weight, your body might just be a little heavier than your were pre-pregnancy. That is ok too. I would not stress about the last few pounds. Keep being active and watching what you eat.

I wish migraine medications worked for me. Most of them knock me out completely, some make them worse altogether. My neurologist said it was due to low blood pressure. I won't worry about it too much. I just don't want to gain to much either. I crave carbs, but usually protein (especially red meat) makes me feel better.

Yes... I often feel nauseous. For me, when I get migraines they tend to last for about a week or more. And in that time I end up eating a lot more pasta, sweets, etc. than normal
