    fruit and cinnamon

it's also good straight on a baked potato or mixed w a little salad dressing to make a creamy-style dressing

Mainly just a banana as I like the bitter taste of the yoghurt. But I am now tempted to try it with cinnamon and maybe nutmeg.

    My spoon.

I like the zip. What's wrong with just plain? Lots of zip.

Sometimes it's nice with some rolled oats n fresh berries.

8 oz. lowfat or nonfat cream cheese, softened
8 oz. plain greek yogurt (I use 0% fat)
    3 tbsp orange juice
    1 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp sugar/stevia blend
    1 tbsp vanilla
    1 tbsp orange zest

Blend it all together, and toss it with strawberries and blueberries, or other fruit of your choice. Delicious!

I like to make it savory with homemade ranch seasoning (Garlic and onion powder, dill, parsley, salt and pepper) and then eat it with celery or carrots or whatever veg.

I like to use NuNaturals brand liquid stevia (not a fake sweetener but an herb), Madagascar vanilla extract or vanilla beans w/berries, pineapples, or any type of fruit you might like. Another old quick fix was to add preserves like all fruit. Oh yeah I forgot nature's path granola

ground flax seed and diced apples. with or without vanilla protein powder.
  • i put 1/2 a packet of stevia and any berries i may have at home or bananas and cinnamon, or instead of stevia i use agave nectar but not a lot because it is super sweet. or i use plain greek yogurt 2% in place of sour cream or mayonnaise in tuna or chicken salad sandwich.

Fruit or berries (any & all kinds - my favorite are frozen cherries w/mashed banana)
    Chia seeds
rolled oats or steel cut oats

Mix together - put in fridge overnight - eat. YUMMERS!

When I eat plain Greek yogurt, I like to add liquid Stevia drops, which is a natural sweetener. Also, you might try organic raw honey (once you've had that, you can never go back to regular honey) or agave nectar.
  • Well I use dairy-free "Greek style" yoghurt, but I love it over fresh fruit especially chopped grapes. Yum!

My mum puts Greek yoghurt over frozen berries, which is fantastic too. It part freezes the yoghurt and makes it really decadent.

One of my favourite breakfasts is raspberries, covered in plain low fat greek yogurt with a crumbled up weetabix on top, and honey drizzled over. Yum!

by the time you add stuff to the very plain and kinda sour taste of plain - youve added 30 or 40 cals- why not eat a good tasting flavor like non fat strawberry, blueberry or peach?

If adding to plain is preference - strawberries and banana - chocolate chips (tbsn) and a splash of coffee - any berry and maybe some sweetner (splender, etc) a handful of any cereal and berries. - a handful of any cereal on its own - with granola and or chia seeds. -

I still say eat the flavored kind and make it easy and tasty.

I use plain a lot to replace sour cream or as a base for fruit dip (add sugar free jello pudding or some honey)

    The choices are immense!

I enjoy adding a teaspoon or two of reduced sugar strawberry jam along with a little granola.

Another favorite of mine, is to add the yogurt to a cup of fruit (Berries, bananas, melon, whatever we happen to have on hand) again, along with a little granola.

Hope you find something you enjoy!

I really like to put in about a tablespoon of nutella. I really have to watch how much I put in too because it is calorie dense, but the end product is very delicious and filling.
