I made half a pizza instead of a whole one and actually weighed and measured everything and it didn’t cost as many calories as I thought it would.

I don’t go healthy, I get a foot long meatball lol. Although last time I ate half then waited half an hour to eat the rest, which was an achievement for me.

I’m a bit frustrated because my weight has bounced up and I am recovering from pneumonia so I can’t do much exercise. I have overeaten for the last two days which sucks. I love my walks! Today has mostly been a good day. Although my nap was half the length I wanted. Apparently I have to wait another week to exercise 😭

I wonder if it's better to pick the lower number because it means your body will get used to eating more calories over time instead of expecting less and will therefore burn more (does that even make sense?).

I've been eating properly (mostly healthy) for the last ten days or so for the first time in years and I am finding that I'm less hungry. Had cabbage and tuna salad with a fibre one brownies and sugar free energy drink instead of a subway sandwich and a donut. Probably saved 500+ calories.

I rucked with about 5kg for 1 minutes and found it a lot more challenging than I was expecting! I used to walk around with an extra 20kg!
