Your face will probably tone up after some time has past, but the fat may decide to come off other body parts first

How much weight have you lost?

I'm thinking it was a typo

You look great! well done :)

About 17.000 steps
-
Had cabbage and tuna salad with a fibre one brownies and sugar free energy drink instead of a subway sandwich and a donut. Probably saved 500+ calories.

I rucked with about 5kg for 1 minutes and found it a lot more challenging than I was expecting! I used to walk around with an extra 20kg!
-
I accidentily got around 17.000 steps today

My mum said my legs are looking smaller! I had cake dished up for me at a party yesterday and I struggled to eat it all I was walking home and my six year old niece wanted me to carrry her and I managed for about a hundred meters after doing a delivery job for about four months. I have gotten much stronger! I am often…

To stop eating so much sugar and to find more new healthier snacks, so I stop eating so much rubbish

Any other thoughts on this? is my brain broken?

I don't know if this burns many calories, but I saw a video today of someone jumping rope and she lost a lot of weight. You could also do hiking (while carrying a heavy bag), push a stroller or jump on a trampoline.

Thanks everyone, I have set my deficit to 250 calories per day, and I'll try not to have a deficit greater than 500 per day.
-
Thanks, I'll keep that in mind

I don't know if this is worth mentioning, but I use the calorie goal recommended by the site. I haven't used an alternative calculator, which is often recommended to me. The goal they have given me has worked in the past. It is paired with my fitbit.

Yes, I have checked all of my data carefully, and only a few times have been off in terms of calories, like off by 6 calories for the amount of gs. My deficit was between 750 and 1000 each day but I only lasted about a week.

I feel like in the conversations here, people lose weight really fast, like they can lose one kilo a week, or a dress size really quickly. Would losing 0.25 or 0.5 a week be very visible? Yeah, that definately sounds like me. I lost about 20kg last year, but the weight kept swinging up and down. It takes a lot for me to…

35kg seems like a lot to lose. It's 77lbs?

Stop giving up and stop cheating myself
-
Start getting up by 5:30am everyday and walk!
-
I have gone off the rails for three days, but somehow my weight has reached it's lowest in 7 years today, and below 105kg. I am mystifeyed.

I don't have an answer to your question, as I haven't done much rucking myself yet (just once a week for my job), but I would recommend starting with a lighter weight like 5kg and starting with ten minutes. If you can go for longer the next day, great. Maybe add another 2kg each week until you get to 20% of your body…

Get back on track!!!

I had a bad binge today which has possibly wiped out the last weeks progress, but I think it was at least smaller than I would have had a few years ago

You can post in different threads to show your goals/progress, or you could make a weightloss ticker for different weights. https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1275030/whats-your-most-recent-nsv#latest Talk about your achievements here!…

If you love the taste of all food, you will love the taste of healthy food too! You can eat a big amount of vegetables. If you are scared of exercising, talk to your doctor and get recommendations. You might be ok with things like gentle swimming, tai chi or slow walking. There's something for everybody. Is this a life…

They recommend adding 10-20% of your body weight, but most of the people I've seen talking about it recommend starting with a lower weight then adding more weight as you get stronger/fitter. Also, start with a shorter walk.

I was doing 20,000 steps everyday but getting angry when I had to do it. Now I'm doing rucking, which is when you walk with a weighed vest or backpack. You can burn as many calories as someone that weighs more. Gonna try walking with extra weight while doing 10,000 steps. The good thing is that it won't take as long!

Track every day this month
