  • Don't stop working out because you're sore, maybe try to focus on another area like your arms. Even though your legs are sore, you could still do some cardio, but yoga is tough to do when you're sore though.
  • As long as you understand and accept that your weight fluctuates (due to your time of month, whether or not you've gone to the bathroom, etc.) regardless of your progress, I think it's fine to weigh yourself every day.
  • My eyes. They're are sort of a strange color, a few people have said they look like the vampires from Twilight (when they're not bloodthirsty lol), like an orangey light brown, but not really considered amber or hazel.
  • A beautiful black German shepherd with huge ears ^.^
  • Painting my nails and watching Criminal Minds on tv
  • Clothes: Buffalo Exchange, Forever21, TJ Maxx/Marshalls, thrift stores Bras: Target. I ONLY buy the Gilligan and O'Malley gel push up. Best. Bra. Ever. Underwear: Victoria's Secret, Marshalls Shoes: department stores and Marshalls Workout clothes/ sports bras: Academy (the cheap brands, no brand names unless they're on…
  • I can't. They have a rule about not going out of the country for a certain amount of time before you donate, but I travel at least once a year. ...but mostly I'm just scared of needles and that's just an excuse.
  • Pajama Jeans. Everyone's seen those infomercials, right? Stay away from those.
  • The first thing I notice about a person in general is his/her posture. The first thing I notice in a guy I might be interested (aside from posture) is his face and the expression he's making no matter what he's doing.
  • There has been sort of a 'gluten free food' trend going on lately so there are plenty of gluten-free options at the grocery store for people who actually need to avoid gluten. Ezekiel bread, brown rice pasta, and almond or coconut flour are great gluten-free alternatives for foods that you can't eat anymore. I'm not gluten…
  • I mainly cook for myself, even when I'm in my college dorm room and only have a microwave and a crock pot to cook with. When I do buy snack foods, I do go for the healthier options. I don't just look at the title and say "ooh, Weight Watchers! I'll buy it!" I go through all of the ingredients and compare the ingredients of…
  • BMI: 20 You have a lower BMI than 90% of females aged 15-29 in your country You have a lower BMI than 65% of females aged 15-29 in the world This was very encouraging, especially when I put in my starting weight (BMI 25) and it said You have a lower BMI than 65% of females aged 15-29 in your country You have a higher BMI…
  • Assuming your food intake is fine, drink a glass of water before your meal, drink water while you're eating, and drink water just to drink water.
  • Jay Robb is my favorite. It's one of the most natural brands and it also tastes the best to me. You didn't mention anything about being vegetarian, so try eating ground turkey, chicken, or egg whites for protein.
  • Breakfast: 1 egg with around 3 tbsp of liquid egg whites with a cauliflower-crust pizza (cauliflower, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, beans, spinach, ground turkey, fat free mozzarella, hot sauce) Lunch: puff pastry dough with shredded chicken breast, cottage cheese, cream cheese, spinach, and tomatoes. (I laid the dough on…
  • Zucchini, bell peppers, mushrooms, asparagus, and red onions. Toss them in a little bit of olive oil and season them and then roast them in the oven or on the grill. Delicious :)
  • It's natural for your weight to fluctuate a couple of pounds throughout your cycle. You don't need to do anything about it, just wait until your period ends. I know it's silly, but I actually get really happy when I weigh myself at my heaviest weight during my cycle and then I weigh myself at my normal weight. It makes me…
  • I'm 5'6" and I weigh 125 right now (in my default picture I weighed around 134) and I want to lose a few more pounds, so I can understand if you want to lose a couple more pounds because I'm around your height/weight. Check your body fat percent, I think that's the best indicator on whether or not you're 'too skinny.'
  • Just indulge... a little bit. For example, if you want chocolate, try eating a Dove dark chocolate square or something. If you want ice cream, try freezing some Greek yogurt and mix in whatever flavor you want (like cocoa powder or sweeten it with fruit or Stevia or honey). Whatever craving you choose to satisfy, do it…
  • I don't trust it. It's basically just a height and weight ratio, it doesn't tell you anything about your body composition. For me I think it's pretty accurate because the range I'm in corresponds to my body fat percent, but for most people I don't think it's a reliable source to gauge where you are on a fitness level. If…
  • Cauliflower!! I make a cauliflower pizza at least once a week. Just a bag of frozen cauliflower (or fresh if you'd prefer), pop it in the food processor, mix in an egg, some parmesan cheese, and some seasoning, bake it, and use it as a pizza crust :D Of course, don't top it with pepperoni and such. I usually do a mixture…
  • Water! Fiber-rich foods also made a noticeable difference for me too, but the biggest thing in my experience that helped was drinking plenty of water. I also take probiotics and if I need a little bit of 'help' I take flaxseed oil. Hope that helps a bit :)
  • The commercials make it look like fairy dust. **sprinkle Sensa on your Big Mac and large order of fries and you won't get fat!** But the website says that it basically just makes you feel full by enhancing your smell...I'm no scientist, but that sounds fishy to me. Drink a glass of water before you eat and drink while you…

  • 5'6", 126 pounds, size 2-5 (depending on the brand or junior/women's) and 26 or 27 in jeans
  • Balut (a fertilized duck egg).. the one I had was almost fully formed- feathers, beak, everything. It wasn't that bad. And durian. It's a fruit that smells like poop. I saw both of those foods on Fear Factor and the contestants were freaking out about it, but my family is Filipino and it's not really that strange to eat…
  • I prefer darker hair on guys... but my current boyfriend and the last guy i was seeing are both blonde haha. For me, hair color isn't really a deciding factor, unless it's not his natural hair color. I just.. have a thing about guys dying their hair. And my bf says he doesn't have a preference about hair color.
  • I'm 18 too and I lost around 30 pounds this year, IT CAN BE DONE! Just don't be lazy. Don't rely on other people to motivate you, it has to be your choice.
  • I LOVE avocados! My favorite way to eat them is avocado, almond milk, and agave or honey or some other sweetener, and sometimes I'll put protein powder in it. Just mash it all together and put it in the freezer in ice cube molds. I like to keep it in my freezer and eat one whenever I want something sweet :)
  • I LOVE sweet potatoes. I went through a phase where I just put sweet potatoes in everything, even non-traditional stuff. Here's one of my favorites: Mashed up sweet potato, almond or coconut flour, egg whites, protein powder, almond milk, and cinnamon or whatever spices you want. I just eyeball the ingredients until it…
