I'm 5'4 and currently weight 135lbs. I have a hour glass shape and my pants size is 7. Throughout my teen and adult years (Btw 115-150lbs) I've always ranged from 5-9 pant size.

I am 5'4 and currently weigh 135lbs. I started at 150 and my ideal weight is 118-125. I'm trying my hardest to keep my curves so for now I'm working on a healthy BMI & Body Fat %, once I reach that then I'm good with whatever weight I am.

I try to eat my exercise calories back to net 1200 but if i'm not hungry then i won't force myself to eat.

I also have thick, wavy hair so I only wash my hair 2-3 times a week including weekends. I do use dry shampoo; however, I also use baby powder on my roots and either blow dry it straight again or I use baby powder on the roots then mousse on the ends to give it that wavy, messy look.

I'm 5'4, trying to lost 20lbs also. I did eat 1200 a day and lost a few lbs with exercise but then I hit plateau so I started caloric cycling. I started losing lbs and inches after that with exercise. So far, it's been working for me. my weekly including weekend intake varies from 1205-1705.
