I know right! My husband loves listening to pod casts when he works out...I just can't do it. When I'm jamming to something corny or like a love song when I'm working out, I'm always double checking to make sure my headphones are all the way plugged in just to make sure everyone else can't hear! lol

I went to cancun on my honeymoon in April, and the food was amazing. You will only get to experience your honeymoon once. I say don't worry about calories, enjoy the freedom! Obviously, healthy choices are great, but let yourself relax :) congrats on the wedding, best of luck!

I am an RN and work night shift 7pm-7am...I try to stick to small frequent meals, every 3-4 hours or so - most nights I have the time. I pack small meals of ff cottage cheese and fruit, pita pocket sandwiches with peanut butter and bananas, sliced cucumbers and peppers, almonds, and I always bake a chicken breast to bring.…
