I am 5'3. I weighed 60kg in first pic and 57kg in last :)

First pic was me at 60kg... last pic is me at 57kg... so not a lot of weight lost. scales mean nothing.

NO strict diet really.I don't eat a lot of junk however

I have been weight training for approx. 4 months now... My results in 4 months are better than my result in 4 years doing boring cardio.

I have done the dieting thing, the cardio thing and the starving thing... none of that worked.... strength training has changed my body so much in such a relatively short period of time.... persistence though is the key. Hi Weagl860 I have only lost about 3kg (6 pound). It just goes to show that the number on the scales really don't matter.

Hi jclauren13. For breakfast I usually have approx. 1 cup Greek Yoghurt (unsweetened) with berries and 1 cup muesli. For lunch I have a salad wrap... Dinner usually chicken and salad. I cut all soft drinks, no snacks, candy or chocolate etc.

Hi Natajane, not really but incorporating a lot more core exercises such as pull ups etc. I also cut out cardio completely and focused purely on weight training. Heavier weights and just worked my way up week by week. I still have a little bit to go but really happy with my progress so far.

So its not 4 weeks progress anymore but It is 3 months and I am so much stronger!!! and much happier and confident.

aww thank you. I will be using it for motivation for the next 4 weeks! I have gained 2.5kgs since the 'before' shot.

I got to the gym 4-5 times a week, the majority of the time I spend doing weights. I also play sport 2 x a week. Eating clean.

I am the same. Don't want to sit there logging instead of working out.
