Fitness App!
Hi there! I am wondering if anyone can recommend an app that I can log strength training. I am pretty much after something that I can log my sets, reps and weights and enter training for the next day etc so I can stick to a plan.

Hi Guys and Girls... I have been MIA from the forums for a while (and MFP in general)... I have however put on weight also.. :( SO! I am ready to get back into it.. signing up to a new gym tomorrow and wanting to know how many reps do you suggest to do on the weights? Weight training has always been really confusing to me…

Can anyone put this into plain English for me? this is my current (only started this week) plan Approx 1200-1300 calories per day usually burn around 300 cals per day at the gym (of an afternoon) 20 mins on the treadmill uphill 10 mins on the bikes 20- 30mins in weights I am thinking about starting to take the below meal…

My Progress AGAIN - with pics - I FEEL so much better
The first pics are from September this year, the middle pics are from last month and the last ones on the right are from yesterday. I feel so much better and still a little way to go, but am much happier now :) sorry the pics aren't great - but you get the idea.. i am now 10 pound lighter and lost a lot of that jiggly…

I got told 1200 calories is too low??????
I am so confused, I really thought the less amount of calories you ate, the more weight you would lose? If I am eating 'too low' calories, why shouldnt I just go and eat KFC every week like I used to? Please explain :) Thanks

On monday, I cannot get to the weight machines as there is a circuit class who utilise the machines, same with Friday. So I really only have Tues, Wed and Thurs on the weights. Speeding up the results in the 30 day shred
Ok.. So I have a question that may or may not be dumb. I have just completed day 2 of the 30 day shred. My question is, instead of doing it once per day for 30 days, would it work the same if I did it twice a day for 15 days?
