To echo everyone else, lift heavy, do compound movements like squats, deadlifts,overhead press and up the weight a little every time. It is amazing the difference it makes!

I do a cheat meal on a Saturday as that's the day I get the most cardio exercise in, which helps me mentally the next day to be right back on the bandwagon! This week was turkish kebabs with greek yoghurt! Not exactly unhealthy true but i ate as much as i wanted!

I understand how frustrating it is to feel like you aren't making any progress due to the weight on the scales. I use Myprotein Whey Powder and their mixer bottle and its always perfectly smooth. Thats with 1 or 1.5 scoops and 300ml milk or water
