Those articles made me feel a lot better about my low calorie diet! But, I was wondering, do you have any idea what number is too few calories? For instance, you're going to get bad effects if you eat under a hundred calories a day. But what about between 500 and 1000?

The last couple of pounds are the hardest. Now that you've lost so much, it's going to be harder to get off more than it was at the beginning. Keep working at it and eventually you will see improvement.

One thing that is a good "tummy-tucker" is doing core exercises such as planks. Also, over time, the weight will come off all over.

I would say weight training would actually lead to you gaining weight, since muscle weighs more than fat. Cardio and eating less are the keys to losing those last couple of pounds. Don't lose heart if you have to walk. Make sure to get out there early and stretch/ warm up with a light jog. Even if you have to walk the whole thing, don't give up! You can do it. It depends what time you weighed yourself. I tend to weigh myself in the morning before I've eaten anything and after I've gone to the bathroom. After reading this forum, I am officially going to dedicate myself to 20 jumping jacks every time I go to to the bathroom and squats while I brush my teeth. Also, no more lazy TV watching.
