I heard popcorn and breadsticks are meant to be healthy snacks - but as someone above said, I really wouldn't worry about sugar intakes from fruit as they're naturally occuring and you need a sugar boost in the morning anyway. Feel free to add me as a friend!

Count me in! :) I'm currently 180lb and want to be 154lb by Christmas at least! Even better would be 140lb, but that's shooting for the stars at the moment! :D I'm in!

Hey :) I'm new on here, but have been a size 14-16 for a while but my weight has escalated from 11 stone to 13 - this is 180 pounds, which I weight now. I start university (hopefully) in September and so could I recommend that you make use of the gym facilities, if your uni/college has one? Just nip in three times a week…
