  • Sorry I never posted Wednesday....I got really busy. Have only done 1 more workout on Active and burned only 200 calories...I think it was workout 5? Anyway, down another .5 pound is all but I'll take that. :smile: I will be keeping better track this week!
  • I love it! It gives me more of a work out than I thought it would. I have a HRM and I burn quite a few calories. It was a good investment for me...there is so much to do on it that it will take a long time to get bored with it! :smile:

  • So I just completed Day 2 of the 30 day challenge on Active and burned 364 calories!! And I have to say it is so much fun!! I'm feeling so full of energy right now!! :happy: I'm excited to see what kind of results I can get from adding this "game" to my routine. :bigsmile:

  • I'm having the same problem...but I'm finding a way to work around it. I've just been buying lot's of fruits and vegetables...especially the ones on sale. Lot's of lettuce! And I buy hummus and make sure I have peanut butter (1 tablespoon of PB on an apple makes a great low cal snack for me)....tuna is pretty cheap…

  • I know how hard it is. My two are 7 and 9 now so they no longer present a challenge when it comes to working out. They join in half the time, especially my oldest!   • Polar F4 here also. I love mine and would recommend spending the money for a good one. I think mine was on sale for around $80 when I got it. I felt a little guilty because I don't typically spend that much on something for myself...but definately worth it and glad I did! :smile:
