I adjusted my numbers to reflect that I did actually lose this week. It just didn't show until today. TOM was holding on to that last bit of water weight until this morning. so yea!!!! only 1 pound ttill I reach my goal for this challenge.

I'll be heading to the NC mountains for a few days, so I'm planning on lots of hiking and I'm going to try to eat healthier than ever! Maybe I'll pretend I'm at a fitness spa or something! :laugh:0 -
Good morning!! I'm so excited, I bought a HRM last night and its already so much fun to use. It was on sale at walmart for $25, and I was returning something for $15 so I only paid 10 bucks for it!! I tried it last night at kickboxing and found out I burned almost 600 calories in 40 minutes - WOW! Its going to be so nice to know what I am actually burning from my body instead of using the guestimates I find on the internet and this site. I can't wait to use it with my new kettlebell, there is next to no info out there on how many calories that burns, but I bet its alot too!!0

Woohoo I am proud of myself, I just ran a mile without stopping. Before I was pregnant with my son , I was able to run 4 miles nonstop so its crazy that I am excited over 1, but I am !

Hello Ladies!!!! Got back from my mini Va-K today and can't believe how close we are to the end of the challenge!:noway: I went hiking and trail running every day while I was away, and averaged around 10 miles a day which I'm very proud of, but didn't watch what I ate very closely and didn't log anything. :ohwell: Hoping it all evens out.
