Accepted! I ended up gaining about 20 between Dec and April. I recently got a fitbit which I find is helping me to get out and walk, even if I don't really want to. It's great for strengthening my ankle, which, in turn, helps with the limp and on going pain.

I will drink Tetly if I have to......but I have a loose leaf tea addiction. We have an entire shelf of loose leaf teas...whites, blacks, roobios, herbals, greens... Love my teas!

I'm an addict! Tried these a few months ago and have them 5-7 times a week now! I always use protein powder and chia seeds in mine too. If you like pumpkin...add 1/4 cup pumpkin, agave, and pumpkin spice to your liking...yum! I often add cocoa powder and raspberries too..now I'm hungry lol

I've tried Greek yogurt and just can not get past the taste and, yes, the way it feels like its drying my mouth out and coats my whole mouth. Just can not do it...not even in smoothies or shakes.

I use 1/3 cup of oats, 1/3 cup almond milk, full coop of protein powder, tablespoon of chia, and a single serving container of yogurt. Always right around 300 calories, and more than enough for me.

Oh how I struggle with weekends. I don't work out, I eat like crap, and I get popcorn at the movies! I am terrible on weekends so I have set a goal of aiming to be much better on the weekends between now and labor day. I really want to stick with it! I have no excuse...but at least I am aware
