  • Haha, small world! I'll only be there for a long week, leave on March 4th. I was there in October for a long weekend and got to see a preview of the new Fantasyland - looking forward to going back and actually being able to enjoy a meal at Be Our Guest.

  • I like skinny cow (though it is pricey). I'm also a fan of Edy's/Dreyer's Slow Churned flavors (I usually buy this when it's buy one/get one free). Most have 100-120 cal per 1/2 cup serving. It's perfect for my almost daily ice cream fix.

  • I don't hate her. I don't love her either. She does use a lot of processed food and a lot of products that are not sold in very many places which means making a lot of her stuff is really difficult. But I have used some of her swaps and tried some of the stuff she uses that I didn't know about.

  • I'm a big fan of fiber bars. I tend to have a smaller 90 calorie one as a morning snack, but when I was taking night classes, I would often have one has a late afternoon snack to get me through class. I also really like the High Energy Trail Mix from Wal-Mart.

  • Don't be discouraged. Everyone is different. When I first decided to lose weight a few years ago, I lost a lot the first couple weeks, but it was right after a vaction. A few weeks later, it slowed down. It could also just be others are weighing themselves at different times of the day. Make sure to always weigh yourself…

  • I really think it's a personally preference thing. For me, I found that eating 3 meals (not huge) a day with smaller snacks worked best. I wasn't hungry all the time. I'm so used to 3 meals, that I could never get the 5-6 small meals plan to work.
