Aww thnks for the support, n no that's not a crash diet I lost this much in around 2 months with exercise , I did p90 n got tendinitis. Now I m struggling to workout other thn swimming.

Great post Though I am not diagnosed with pcos but I convinced I hav a mild one I loose whn I eat less carbs so loving hints n recipes here M not following any specific named diet , just eat low carb but not go into ketosis
