excited, i m on my way to insanity

hi
i did insanity day 1 today, i know its not a big deal, loads of ppl here do it n hav completed 90 days
but last week when i tried to do it i couldnt do more than 10 mins but today i made my mind n thought no matter what i ll do it
So I DID IT!
i m now going to get my pics n lets see wat results would i get in 3 months
fingers crossed
oh yes it my day 1 of TOTM too ;)

    Good Job! The key to Insanity is to be strong mentally, it's a tough workout but if you can mentally prepare yourself before each workout, that's half the battle. Don't worry about stopping to take a breath if you need it, notice they do in the DVD. Just keep at and you will find yourself getting strong and completing more everyday.

    I did day one on Saturday. I had to take Sunday off, I couldn't move! Today I did day two and felt much better. Hopefully I'll be able to do day 3 tomorrow. Good luck with your's!

    some hows i felt day 2 was easier than day 1 n i lost 50-60 less cals thn the day 1
