1200 cal/day .. sharing food diary
hi Any1 who can b friends on mfp n ready to share 1200 cal diet ? I have to loose 40lbs atleast !

Does it matter where the calories are from?
I am eating 1500 cals a day and today had costa coffee n muffin for around 550 cals. I am feeling guilty though i will be eating low cal dinner. Do u think this attitude will stall the weighloss or is it just the cal matters. Pls no harsh comments !

Basmati brown rice r any different than whole brown rice I like the taste of basmati ones I know in term of cal e en White rice r same but its all the impact on insulin etc thts y we should eat whole grains So if I buy basmati brown rice , is it good during weight loss
