With a good meal plan and working out to Insanity you will lose, that is not an easy workout. Trust me.0

Hi! The insanity workout is serious. I do it with my husband a few days out of the week and it's intense cardio! The program is 60 days long. I haven't gotten a chance to research ripped in 30 but from the sound of it I would do that prior to starting insanity. Only because you will be even more prepared for the demands of the insanity workout!
Happy burning and good luck to you!0 -
i would save insanity for after ripped in 30, its challenging but nothing like insanity0

I'm doing Insanity (actually a p90x/insanity hybrid) right now, I can tell you there is no workout like it... I would do ripped in 30first. I actually did a full round p90x first to prepare. P90x is a great one for strength training too.0
