Extreme fat smash diet

i tried it last yr n lost 3kgs 1st week but dint carry it on
i like the idea of having meal plans rather thn me picking n choosing
has any1 done this n was thr any success ??
i m on day 2 n sticking to it 100%

    If you lost 3kg in the first week it wasn't all fat. Most of it would be water weight. You would do that from any form of healthier lifestyle change, so it wasn't the "extreme fat smash" diet that did it.

    Don't bother with short term faddy flashy diets. Just eat healthier and exercise more. Job done.

    I like variety in my food and like being creative and coming up with my own meals. So I can not do a pre-set meal plan. I'd be bored to death.

    And yeah not to be negative but Monster is right. Most of the first bit of weight loss in the beginning of a calorie reduced diet is water weight from your glycogen stores decreasing. But it's a great start :)
