hi
m new here , made my profile long ago but from 1 month i have been dieting n exercising n using MFP for counting my cal fat intake
i really would like to make friends here who can workout n eat healthy with me
i do workouts 6-7 days a week
4 days strength n 4 days cardio with 1 day off in mid
eating 1200 cals a day (though somedays + - 200 cals )
i hope to get like minded supporting people here to share my experiences n lows n highs

    Welcome! I have been using MFP for a long time; been up and down the same 10-15 lbs. But I've just recently hit my longest streak yet - 30 days and counting. I'm doing a restricted calorie diet, and needed to give my body time to adjust. Now I'm ready to begin working out. Please look for a friend invite, I would love to have you!

    Hello!
    Well I am also working out 6 to7 days a week and averaging apprx. 1,150 +/- 200 calories a day.
    I work out with the Turbo Fire program which will be ending in 3 weeks then I am going to give the insanity program a try.
    I am very motivated as of now. My goal is to lose approx. 25-30 more lbs by March-April. or about a pound a week.
