well i had weak wrist n knee before starting workouts specifically the right one
i cant do push ups because my right wrist cant hold on to my body , not that i am not fit otherways to do pushups
and same hoes to my knees , i feel more in my knees than thighs during workouts no matter how i make the posture correct
i am bit worried, if i carrry on working out the way i am , i might get injury or something
does any one know of a remedy or specific workout to strengthen these areas

The pushup stands make pushups much easier on the wrists. Search push up bars or stand on amazon (or where ever you prefer0

Have you seen a doctor about this? I always tell people to not mess with knees. I learned this from experience...0
