Ok
Yesterday was a disastrous day , I had pizza n didn't workout, but it was my birthday
Now today after exercising i have 1300+ cals left with 1 meal n 1 snack
Any ideas , should I eat back the cal or don't , seeing my yesterday binging
If yes , wat should I have , don't want alot of carbs n want to eat healthy too

  • Dont do it, bank the calories to make up for yesterday.

Have a huge salad with some lean protein like chicken or ham and a healthy snack you will come in under your cals and feel a lot better :drinker:

I would just stick to whatever amount of calories you're supposed to eat in a day. Just remember that if your net intake is less than 500 calories you'll go into starvation mode and store it all. If you really feel bad about it, do a little more workout than normal. Cheers!
  • You can have one day off! It was your birthday for crying out loud! Sometimes our body's need a reward!

Your body isn't going to go into 'starvation mode' in one day.....so it shouldn't hurt you to come in way under calories today, if you went way over yesterday (lots of people do the zig-zagging thing frequently).

Like other people said...if you're hungry, eat...but if not, leave them this time, and get back on track with 'normal' numbers tomorrow.

    Edit: By the way..Happy Birthday!
