I went there on Friday - and I couldn't find the nutritional guide. I ordered the Southwestern Chicken Salad and only ate 1/2 - and saved the rest for next day (snack) .... Eveyone ordered APPETIZERS - but I was strong and just kept drinking my water! lol ... I hope you had fun ... WE LOVED THAT BAR!!!

Be careful when ever you leave the gym. That happened to me.. Thank god nothing crazy happened. What you can do is take your ear phones and pretent you are listening to music..and look DOWN. That works for me so people to talk to me! lol

What a turn-OFF! lol... That sucks! This person in my office is married and has kids... I can't believe her spouce doesn't say something! Anyway, I always told my boyfriend... If I ever have funky @$$ breath.. HE BETTER TELL ME! ... We feel very comfy to tell each other! So far.. we are GOOD! lol lol

My boss doesn't even want to tell this person... but it was kicking at this meeting we had with the customer. I also think it's crazy that their partner is not saying anything... It's bad!

Don't take this as a "diet" ..JUST think is eating healthier! :) .. I don't like the word DIET ... it makes me feel like I am not going to eat! hahhaha ... Stay focus and think if what your goals are .. if you fail one day.. don't beat yourself over that! Continue eating healthy and you'll be fine!

I am on the same boat! Just plan your meals ..and try to exersice(walk or any activity to keep you busy) ... You don't want to come back on Monday and look back that you didn't try.

I've done it several times. My grandma told me about it.. To bad I don't stick with it.. but my grandma did and lost a bunch of weight! It doesn't taste bad.. is actually good. YOu can also do it on a cold bottle of water.. it taste good after a good workout!

I don't hate.. I congratulate! I wish I had the guts to do it! I do crittize people who are very small(body) and get HUGE boobs... some look like they are going to fall! Some just don't look good!

It was hard.. specially because we had a huge meeting yesterday (lots of food and desserts) ... and after we all went to a bar ..and I did NOT order a drink! hahhaha My boss asked if there was something wrong w/me! hahhaha I am getting ready for my vacation... Cabo San Lucas !!Here I come!! :)

Don't wait until the next time you see her! Send me an email/write her a letter or call her! Let her know how you are feeling and or things she's done and how it makes you feel. Stay calm and express your feelings. They can either take it and they might apologize or get mad "oh well, for her!" ... At least she won't do it…

My job requires to do presentations... face to face meetings with customers! I hate it.. I get so nervous.. my voice shakes and I get red! Not sure how to overcome that! hahhaa :D Have a GREAT MONDAY!
