  • I used the couch to 5k app and now have went to the 10k for pink.. I love that I have interval training.. keeps me at a challenge! I guess I like to be told when to run and walk... lol
  • I too had this issue and I'm like you .. I'm soooooo focused on that number! I started doing some strength training (sculpting classes) and i picked up my calories amount in eating and really started to watch my sugars.. and then all of a sudden the scale was moving! keep us informed on how your doing!

  • : ) I can so relate to your treadmill story.. I went and had my shoes fitted for me at a local running store and since it felt like I was on clouds. I thought " I got this" lol NOT SO MUCH!! the worst part I was at a gym.. one of those moments u stand up and look to see if anyone saw.. yep they did the whole gym.. lol

  • I like your thinking and how you keep your people down.. I try to log on every day (besides tracking food and exercise) and try to comment on my friends comments or progress that is on my wall.. keeps me motivated and them.. As for friend requests I never add a comment.. only cause we all are here for support and ideas...…

  • I start taking vitamin B12 supplements and I've been taking it every day for 3 weeks and there is SUCH a noticable difference. I don't think I've needed a nap SINCE! I have same issue too! what kind of B12 are you taking?

  • I had one of those percentage tests done on me.. on how many calories I'm supposed to eat to maintain and then how many i am to lose.. and it calculated 1500..   • if your not hungary don't eat... even if you made your goals.. drink more water fast.. it will help
