It definitely takes times. I has taken me 3-1/2 years to lose 71 pounds and I'm still trying to lose 60 more. This is a life long journey that I will be on and the slower I lose it the longer it will stay off.

Welcome! I would recommend walking everyday. Start out slow and increase how long you walk. Try to do this everyday. Before you know it you will feel better and lose weight. I am the same way. I do pretty good during the day because I am at work and only bring my food with me. But when I get home OMG all i want to do is it. I am a stress eater. Having a hard time with that too!
