    Walked another 4.5 miles today and broke a PR..... Walked 3 miles in an hour. I was walking 3 miles in an hour 15.

    4.5 yesterday, planning on doing the same today. I have to say my legs are SORE. Between my new workout and walking this much I'm sore in places I didn't know could be sore...but hey this time next years we're all gonna be some Hot Chicks!! =)

    I am getting in about 4.2 miles per day...problem is I don't always remember to update. My problem is I am not losing the weight, very frustrating.

    I just keep walking every day.... I can't believe it! This challenge really has made me motivated to walk every day!

    Great for you! I had some killer hip pain from making my stride way too long so this week, I have slacked a ton. But I am felling much better and am back on track as of yesterday!!!

    That's awesome! I wish I could walk faster, but I figure just walking is good for me no matter the speed!

    I did walk 4.5 miles in an hour 35 this afternoon. It was nice that it rained for some of it because that helped cool me down!

    No loss this week but no gain either, still holding at 206. Didn't get my goal of 4-4.5 miles in either because of an injury I got Wednesday, up to 48.83 miles so far. Hope to get back to it today!!
