So I was gone most of today, but after I got home I went next door to ask my neighbor if she wanted to go for a walk. So I took one of her dogs and she took her other one and the one she's dog sitting. We went for a mile half walk. Then I came ack home told my dh I needed to walk another mile and a half, so I did! So in the last 2 days I've walked 6 and half miles. Good start.0
