it is great to hear all these guys :D i measured my hips again this morning because i felt smaller and to my surprise i am down to 41inches from 43.6inches. This is from doing 30DS and im only on day 7!

I have a digital scale. I found out lately that it is right on the spot! I weighed my 31kg suitcase on it not long ago just to check. When i got the airport the exact weight came up on their scales. So i will say go with a digital.

my favorite salad is a rice salad. Steamed Rice, Mixed vegies, bacon, and sweet chilli sauce to mix. I also just had a asian noodle salad. I think it had, capsicum, Carrot, Thin rice noodles, Chicken, and it did have a small amount of sauce. idk what.

I'm in! 5% would be 9.8 by Halloween. Start weight -195lbs By Halloween - 185lbs :D I have never done anything like this but i think it will help greatly!

i have one of the Elliptical trainers. I have a tv set up in front and watch my favorite tv show. I am talking about doing light workouts while watching tv. Sometimes i find i need to change it up.

i weigh myself every day. As soon as i wake up, after the bathroom but before eating. I really need to stop doing this, i don't think it is healthy to do it everyday.
