I'm a freak about logging and I've only been doing it a week now. But I do log everything, butter, cream cheese, whipped cream ... everything. Because all adding together they do add up to a lot if you're not careful.

I'm 5'5 and weigh 252 ... I'm big boned and was very thin as a child and teenager. When I was 135 - 145 range I looked sickly but thought I was fat. When I have pictures to share, I will do so. Here's to us big framed girls!!! :)

It's not a fad diet, but cut everything in half and drink tons of water and watch the carbs, under 40 gram per day. That's Atkins in a nutshell. Even sugars from fruits and starchy vegetables can put on weigh if you eat too much. Eat when you're hungry but when you eat make sure you're eating mostly protein ... hard-boiled…
