I havent had soda since January and I actually get headaches from any caffeine now, including chocolate. Makes me think twice about eating it!!! :) As a chocoholic, this makes me very happy!!!

I get the same thing here that I would get with Weight Watchers if I paid. If I wanted to count points with Weight Watchers, I would pay for that. I like how this adjusts your calories accordingly with your exercise. Every program works when you do it, but who wants to pay $500 a year??
