Plateau

I've been fighting a plateau since July. The same 5 lbs losing and gaining it right back. I'm stuck at 185 and 45 years young. (shhh..... Don't tell anyone. I tell everyone I'm 39)
I've tried lots of exercise, backing off exercise, upping calories to 1500 lowering calories (never below 1200)
Hormones checked out and fine.

I need help busting through.

    Do you use a food scale, weighing and logging everything you eat? No skipping, cheating, or forgetting?

    I will go back to basics and hopefully see a change. My next goal is 175 so to be "almost there" for this entire time is super frustrating!
