I lasted a day on it! I enjoy food and just couldnt replace it so now I portion control and have low calorie foods. I do eat the slim fast snacks though and they are nice!

I would try having one glass and cutting other things out of your diet for it. Or try a long drink like a spirit which has less calories. I love wine and beer and its the worse but I swapped to vodka and it cut the calories!

I cried while having a personal training session once and when I completed an 8.5mile charity run!

I did the paleo diet for a month. I did really well dropping 10 pounds then I put weight on and then couldnt shift it. I was so annoyed so I had about 5 takeaways, didnt put any weight on! I then decided to do the zig zag diet I lost 4lbs in the first week this was a mixture of healthy food and also having a chinese within…

I used that also, I just found the music boing on it but I always recommend it to people

Just keep going. My first two miles took 45 mins now I can do 3 miles in 30 mins, my fastest mike was 8 mins. Try going every other day after your first mile start doing it in 2 mins jogging then 1 min walking, just slowly builds you up

I wouldnt say single makes you defective. I just recently cancelled my wedding and ended my relationship, I would rather be single and happy than be in an unhappy relationship/marriage!

There are some good boxing workouts on wii that I have used. Boxing is fab! I get a ba knee also when it aggravates I use ibuprofen gel and a support bandage while exercising.
