I have cut back on -chips -soda -candy -and cut my carb intake in half - healthy carbs more brown than white I try not to eat a big dinner instead I try to eat a big lunch I find myself doing great during the week but I blow everything on the weekends. I still like to reward myself with food.....unfortunately!!!!!!!!!!

The best thing to eat for snack is something that has lots of protein so you can stay full longer! Yogurt is my number one, also fiber one bars, are really good and keeps you full. Yes, you definetley should get a perdometer so you can track how many calories you are burning on average a day. It will track every step you take and tell you how many more steps you need to take in order to reach your goal for the day. Plus it will give you a chance to see, how active you really are. Why not try a sport.....like tennis, or soccer, basketball or just somthing fun!!! Find a partner who needs you to play with them and then you won't want to let them down. I agree try somthing new and exciting to help keep you going!!! But whatever you do, just don't give up!!!:smile:
