been there, ealry this year was at 144, yikes! I'm currently at 134, and trying to get down to 125 too. I'll post pics i think when I'm there for now, whoo, it's a struggle breaking another plateau.

lol sounds harsh but was wondering the same, talk to him girl and let him know who wears the pants in the house..jk, if he's not supporting you and you've talked to him about his doings before then maybe it's about time to tell him he needs to make a choice. are you going support me or am I going to kick you out!

also i work in a nursing home and they give the patients that cant poop, milk of magnesium or prune juice..blow out!!!!!!!

laugh my butt off! I had the same problem, would go maybe once a week and my bf thought something was extremely wrong with me cause he would go like twice a day lol, but once i started drinking more water and eating vegies, i poop awesome!lol, i actually boast to my bf, isnt that pathetic? lol

drinking water, i have no problem exercising, its the drinking the 8 glasses a day, in an hour i can go 30 times and it's so annoying, i wonder if it gets better, or i get stuck going to the bathroom forever.

I'm at 137 now but want to be at 120 pounds now, I dont think i look fat but i just want to lose some inches on my arms and a little off my stomach, and thighs then i'll be happy.

I have a lot of friends who are addicted to soda, People did tell me how soda can be bad for you, I was never a soda addict but I would drink it if there was nothing else in the house, so now I just buy juice V8s and stuff, just keep your mind off of it, drink more water and juices that are good for you like Mom2rh says…

lol that is funny, I always try to eat dinner before 6 then work out, and usually i'm under my calorie goal, so what I do when I'm hungry is try to eat healthy snacks,,soups, yoghurt, something that will help me or granola bars, try it! I know those can't be bad for sure

lol I know I'm a 36C and since i've started working out,i'm sweating a lot at the boobs..My chesticles are already shrunken and I cant afford to lose more:( But I know I need to lose body fat. Good for you though!

Proud that whenever I go to mcdonalds, I dont order cheese burgers but asian salad or smoothies!!!!!!yayy!!! Then i refuse to eat white bread, fried foods make me sick, so i dont bother eating them anyways, I dont like sodas so i dont drink them, I drink juice or tea!
